How To Order

STEP 1
Choose your order with the details on the type/design and quantity.

STEP 2
E-mail your order to goo_goodies@yahoo.com
Please list down the details of your order as below:

1. Name
2. Contact number
3. Email address
4. Delivery address
5. Pick up / delivery date
6. Order item(s) eg; type of goodies, etc
7. Details eg; design etc

STEP 3
GooGoodies will reply your e-mail regarding the total price of your order (and also delivery charge).

STEP 4
Kindly please bank-in the 50% payment (as a proof of order confirmation) to our CIMB BANK account as below :

Order should be placed at least 7 days in advance (for small quantity of orders) and 3 weeks in advance for bulk orders.

Delivery Service

OUR DELIVERY SERVICE IS STRICTLY OPTIONAL. WE ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS TO COLLECT FROM OUR PLACE WHENEVER POSSIBLE TO SAVE COST.

• Delivery areas are limited. If your area is not listed, please call us to enquire.
• Our delivery service provider will contact you prior to arrival and recipients must be present to receive the package.

Liability

GooGoodies and our delivery service provider are not liable for late or non delivery of the items in the following circumstances:

• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
• The address supplied by sender is incorrect.
• Recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.
• Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

Terms & Conditions

Order

To avoid disappoinment, please order:

• 1 week in advance for weekdays
• 2 weeks in advance for weekends

But the earlier the better though.

We can however slot your order in as little as 7 days, provided that we are not fully booked for the requested date.

for orders within 1 week, a RM20 surcharge is applicable provided that we are not fully booked for the requested date.

Payment

• Full payment is required when placing orders to secure your slot.
• A min of 50% deposit can be placed for orders exceeding RM200 only.

Change

• Please check your order before making payment.
• All orders are final once payment/deposit is made, afterwhich a RM10 surcharge is applicable per edit (changes) made on: messages, colours, size, design & change of date, at any one time. (must be at least 1 week / 7 days before. no change within 7 days before pickup/delivery)
• Orders may not be decreased because unfortunately, balance cannot be refunded.
• In the case where changes are approved and an order is increased from its original quantity, the new balance must be settled within 24 hours via payment at the shop or by bank transfer. same goes for any 'changes' surcharge billed to the customer. customers will be advised on our bank account details and receipt of payment accordingly.

Cancellation

• All orders are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
• 50% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations.
• No refund will be given if cancelled within 2 days before pick up/delivery date.
